Our refund policy is ALL SALES FINAL. To be considered eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: If applicable, once your item is received and inspected we will send you an email that we have received your item. We will notify you of approval or denial. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your original form of payment within a few days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for same item, please send us an email at Chae.Services@gmail.com.
Shipping: High-quality products shipped promptly with DHS processing days will vary from 6-10 business days and orders will be delivered in 3-4 business days after processing. Email us at Chae.Services@gmail.com for all return inquiries. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returns. Shipping cost are non refundable.
Hair Care
Be sure to take care of your extensions as you would your own hair. Hair should be washed every 2-3 weeks. Shampooing and deep conditioning every 7-14 days will ensure keeping your hair clean, voluminous and shiny. Recommended to use BioSilk or Chi.
